Can guests ask questions to the hosts as well or is this one way?

Yes! Guests could ask questions to the host in their answers, and the host could answer in the follow-up comment.

Guest users can ask questions in their audio / text answers, and the host can respond by adding a follow-up comment when creating the mix. The host can simply record the audio comment directly into the mix, to create the question-answer-comment structure. This is what we do on our podcasts and it can sound great.
