To download your audio you must first export it. This combines all the audio from the message blocks in the conversation into a single audio file, and adds audio sparkle such as silence removal and volume normalisation.
To export your conversation, press the green 'Export Conversation' button at the bottom of the conversation. This process can take a few seconds, or even minutes, depending on how much audio there is in the conversation. A progress indicator shows you what percentage of the export has been completed.
When the export is complete, two download buttons will appear:
- Download MP3 file: this downloads a single MP3 audio file containing all the recordings, with audio sparkle applied.
- Download all files: this downloads a ZIP file containing the aforementioned MP3, plus a folder of all the individual audio files from the message blocks. These files are useful if you plan to edit the audio yourself.
If you make any changes to the conversation, perhaps deleting or changing the order of the message blocks, you must re-export to generate a new set of audio files to download. Note: only the most recently export is available to download.
